Larry Fox has been involved in a variety of finance, accounting and corporate development related projects for a variety of businesses and industries, taking an active leadership role in the project definition, planning and execution. Recent assignments include:
Participating in a Supplier Credits Review Analysis and Documentation project for a major U.S. based Auto Manufacturer. Project including the utilization of a web-based database to review and analyze over 1.2 million documents to ensure the accuracy, proper appropriation and accounting of supplier credits.
Developing the process for and managing the sale/acquisition of a company, including: Market/acquisition candidate analysis; Identification of and proposals to prospective buyers/sellers; performing valuation analyses; managing and conducting due diligence; and negotiating the transaction.
Walid Tout has been involved in providing a wide range of computer and information systems and technology related services. Recent assignments include:
Working with a major U.S. auto manufacturer, leading the introduction and integration of new standards-based technologies to streamline and optimize multi-step business processes and content, and improve asset management..
Leading and participating in design and implementation of protocol and process standardization across disparate computer information systems. Increased system integration resulting in significant decreases in processing time and cost, typically in range of 10,000% for Fortune 500 companies and/or automotive, health care, other clients.
Dr. John Psarouthakis has been focused on strategic-scale practical applications of his expertise. Recent activities include:
Coaching / Advising the CEO of a 200 million in sales durable manufacturing company on strategic growth plans of current businesses and alternate strategic choices.
Completed his book "How to Acquire the Right Business". It is published by Xlibris.com and will be available for purchase in January 2009. Coauthored by Dr. Lorraine Uhlaner.

Developing / conducting seminars and holding workshops on "Business Growth Models" and "How to Acquire the Right Business". The first encompasses the use of the Dynamic Systems Planning Model to develop growth action plans and the dynamic management of these plans. The second utilizes hands-on experience in searching for potential acquisitions, evaluating, pricing, negotiating and closing the deals.
Led a team of business, academics, and administration persons in the design, launch and guidance of an MBA degree program at the American College of Thessaloniki, Greece. This degree is designed for South East Europe students.
