Participating in a Supplier Credits Review Analysis and Documentation Project for a major U.S. manufacturer. Project included the utilization of a web-based database to review and analyze over 1.2 million documents to ensure accuracy, proper appropriation and accounting for supplier credits.
Developing the process for, and managing the sale or acquisition of a company, including: market and candidate analysis; identification of and proposals to targets; valuation analyses; due diligence process; and transaction negotiation.
Analysis of the ordering process for a food and beverage supply company and instituting changes which resulted in a 60% improvement in order processing time and a 14% increase in order accuracy.
Conducting shop floor improvement workshops and work balance projects for several automotive suppliers.
Leading team reviews of manufacturing cell operations for a Tier II automotive supplier, improving production flow and yielding a 22% reduction in tact time while maintaining excellent quality.
Conducting workshops on Kaizen, Standardized Work and other aspects of the Toyota Production System.
Leading and participating in design and implementation of protocol and process standardization across disparate computer information systems; increased system integration resulting in significant decreases in processing time and cost, dramatic increase in real-time data processing and availability.
Conducting workshops on “How to Acquire the Right Business” based on past experiences in the search, evaluation, pricing, negotiation and closing of over 50 company deals.
Facilitating and leading complex global product program exchanges between Europe and the US for a European automotive Tier One supplier .
Providing customer, product development and program management strategies to high-end injection molders.
